Appreciative Coaching® gives coaches a strengths-based approach to help them engage in a positive, strategic and visionary planning process. Ann Clancy and Jackie Binkert, co-authors of Appreciative Coaching: A positive Process for Change, will present concrete strategies and an Appreciative Planning Assessment model that they have successfully used with many different clients. They will bring the appreciative strategies and assessment model to life by applying them to real business client case studies.
