They present a researched, evidence-based approach to coaching founded not only on Appreciative Inquiry but also on Positive Psychology, Positive Organizational Scholarship and Solution Focused Based Brief Therapy. Actively involved in the coaching community worldwide, both Ann and Jacqueline are considered thought leaders, researchers and mentors in Appreciative Coaching®. They have presented workshops internationally and offer an 8-week online certification course in Appreciative Coaching® through The Fielding Graduate University, currently being offered in India. They are involved in a second research project focused on pivotal moments of change in coaching.

As a former internal consultant at Ford Motor Company, she has worked across the many levels and functions of a large company and brings this experience to her coaching engagements. She has worked in many industries, including manufacturing, service, education and non-profit. Her doctorate is in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University and lives in Milford, Michigan, USA.
