Tele-Seminar sponsored by the Puget Sound Coaches Association (PSCA) Friday, February 2, 2012, 12:00-1:30 pm (Pacific time, GMT -8)
Like all business owners, coaches need help to map the direction for the future of their company. Some coaches do it with intent and strategy and others manage through blind luck. Appreciative Coaching® gives coaches a strengths-based approach to help them engage in a positive, strategic and visionary planning process. Ann Clancy and Jackie Binkert, co-authors of Appreciative Coaching: A positive Process for Change, will present concrete strategies and an Appreciative Planning Assessment model that they have successfully used with many different clients. They will bring the appreciative strategies and assessment model to life by applying them to real business client case studies. This highly interactive session will present key appreciative strategies to which business owners need to pay positive attention. They will share tools and engage participants in applying the assessment model based on the principles and stages of Appreciative Coaching® and Appreciative Inquiry.
