Ann Clancy, Ph.D., and Jacqueline Binkert, Ph.D., are co-authors of the book, Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change, published by Jossey-Bass. They present a researched, evidence-based approach to coaching founded not only on Appreciative Inquiry but also on Positive Psychology, Positive Organizational Scholarship and Solution Focused Based Brief Therapy. Actively involved in the coaching community worldwide, both Ann and Jacqueline are considered thought leaders, researchers and mentors in Appreciative Coaching®. They have presented workshops internationally and offer an 8-week online certification course in Appreciative Coaching® through The Fielding Graduate University, currently being offered in India. They are involved in a second research project focused on pivotal moments of change in coaching.

Ann Clancy is an executive coach and consultant specializing in a strengths-based, positive and appreciative approach to change. She coaches executives and leadership teams, business owners, and professionals, drawing on her expertise with strategic and systems perspectives. She has worked in many industries – from coal and oil companies to banking, financial services, health care, education, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations. She has a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and lives in Billings, Montana, USA.

Jacqueline Binkert is an executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership coaching with CEOs, leaders and their teams. As a former internal consultant at Ford Motor Company, she has worked across the many levels and functions of a large company and brings this experience to her coaching engagements.  She has worked in many industries, including manufacturing, service, education and non-profit.  Her doctorate is in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University and lives in Milford, Michigan, USA.
